THUNDER HARLEY RUMBLES INTO "CARD" COUNTRY

The Harley Davidson Sportster 883 being raffled to help raise funds for Thunder Over Louisville, rides into the Cardinal Hall of Fame Café on Friday, March 12, 2004.  The one-of-a-kind bike, with Custom Maker’s Mark Paint, will be on display from 4 to 9 p.m at the restaurant on Crittenden Drive.  Customers can get a closer look at the magnificent machine and purchase raffle tickets.

The new fundraising concept for Thunder was developed by FOX41. The Sportster, sponsored by Maker’s Mark, made its debut at the first Thunder Into Louisville Poker Run in November.  Raffle tickets are $10.  It’s making several appearances during the 2004 Derby Festival. The drawing for the winner will be held at the Waterfront Park Chow Wagon on April 30, 2004, and will be televised live on Fox News @ 10.
